Teen convicted in Arik Karp's murder appeals to Supreme Court

None

The 17-year-old teen convicted of killing Arik Karp appealed to the Supreme Court, claiming the prosecution was unable to establish evidential basis against him. He said the prosecution did not show the court fundamental evidence about that night Karp was killed.

Karp was assaulted in August 2009 on the Tel Baruch boardwalk in Tel Aviv. He was brutally beaten to death by three Jaljulia residents, who were later convicted of manslaughter and aggravated assault. (Aviad Glickman)
