Supreme Court: Evacuate Beit Yehonatan home, no retrial

Supreme Court Justice Edna Arbel has rejected the petition calling to hold a retrial regarding the evacuation and sealing orders at the Beit Yehonatan home, located in the Silwan neighborhood of east Jerusalem.
Arbel noted that the residents have avoided sealing off the house for months now, despite court orders. She also criticized the functioning of the Jerusalem city council on the matter. (Aviad Glickman)
