The UN nuclear chief says talks meant to explore ways to create a nuclear-free zone in the Middle East will likely be held later this year.
A statement by the International Atomic Energy Agency said Friday that IAEA chief Yukiya Amano plans to convene a forum on the topic on November 21-22. (AP)
