Sourasky's medical residents: We won't become slave labor

Dozens of medical residents from Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center signed individual resignation letters, after the National Labor Court ruled Sunday that the collective resignation of 700 medical residents is not legal, therefore making their resignation letters invalid.

"We won't become slave labor," a doctor told Ynet. "You must understand, we're not just protesting against the salary and employment terms of the medical residents but about the salaries and employment terms of the entire health system." (Yoav Malka)
