Official: Four dead in suspected briefcase bomb blast in Delhi

At least four people were killed in a suspected bomb blast outside the High Court in India's capital on Wednesday, a senior home ministry official said.

UK Bansal, in charge of internal security at the home ministry, told the CNN-IBN television channel that "as of now we have leant that four people ... are dead". (Reuters)
