MK Matalon: Arab MKs asked African nations to support statehood bid

MK Moshe Matalon (Yisrael Beiteinu) and the Legal Forum for the Land of Israel have filed a complaint at the Knesset Ethics Committee against MKs Hanna Swaid (Hadash), Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al) and Ibrahim Sarsur (United Arab List-Ta'al) for their meeting with the representatives of 12 African nations, whom they asked to support the Palestinian bid for statehood.
Swaid said he and his fellow MKs met the African diplomats as part of their public service, and expressed their stances on the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. (Moran Azulay)
