Police storm Jerusalem building occupied by social activists

Police forces have stormed a deserted building on Jerusalem's Stern Street to remove homeless families and social protesters who have been inhabiting the premises for the past two weeks.

Uri Agnon, one of the individuals who have set up camp in the building, said that more than 100 police officers arrived on the scene. "They blocked the street and took over the building within in minutes. They stormed like it was an al-Qaeda stronghold." (Omri Efraim)
