Finance Committee delays transfer of NIS 5M to PM's travel budget

The Knesset's Finance Committee has delayed the Treasury's request to allocated an additional NIS 5 million ($1.36 million) to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's foreign travel budget.

The transfer of the funds was postponed due to a request made by the committee's new Opposition coordinator, MK Ruhama Avraham-Balila (Kadima), to receive detailed explanation of the travel costs. The transfer is to be approved after the data is submitted by next week. (Zvi Lavi)
