Finland: terror suspects have foreign backgrounds

Finnish security officials say that the two people arrested earlier this month on suspicion of financing terrorism and terror recruitment activities have foreign backgrounds.

Finland's security police and the National Bureau of Investigation on Saturday would not give many details about the pair that was arrested on September 7, but says inquiries dating back to 2009 finally led to them. (AP)
