Fischer: Global economic situation 'extremely difficult'

Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer addressed Sunday the global economic situation ahead of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank Annual Meetings. He said: "The situation around the world is extremely difficult. The difference between now and the economic crisis of 2008 is that everyone has already used up most of their ammo."
