Washington Post: Abbas avoiding painful concessions

US-based newspaper the Washington Post accused President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas of avoiding an agreement that would force him to make painful concessions, stating that his UN bid will only bring more suffering to Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza.
