Minister Matan Vilnai has instructed the National Emergency Authority to open an emergency crisis management center at the Kirya base in Tel Aviv ahead of a Palestinian declaration of independence.
The minister also ordered a reinforcement of emergency teams in the West Bank. (Yoaz Zitun)
