The police detained for questioning a 19-year-old right wing activists from Kiryat Arba, on suspicion that he vandalized Palestinians' vehicles.
The teen's relatives claimed that he was a bereaved brother, whose sibling was murdered in a terror attack near Hebron, and that the Shin Bet had summoned him for questioning recently. (Yair Altman)
