Kul al-Arab editor: State independence should be celebrated

Managing Editor of Kul al-Arab newspaper Said Adawi told Ynet that he is "extremely excited and jealous of the independence celebrations in the Palestinian Authority.
"Israel keeps talking about violence and the outbreak of intifada, but I think the establishment of the state should open with jubilation," he said, adding that the statehood bid "is a diplomatic step of the first degree, which brings us a step closer to the end of the Arab-Israeli conflict."
