PA official: We'll turn to Security Council on Friday

Yasser Abd Rabbo, secretary-general of the PLO's Executive Committee, said that the Palestinian UN statehood bid would be submitted to the Security Council on Friday, immediately after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas addresses the General Assembly.
Speaking in an interview with the Voice of Palestine radio station, Abd Rabbo said that there was no plan to delay the move and that no agreement had been reached on giving the Security Council an extension on the bid. (Elior Levy, Ynet's correspondent in Ramallah)
