Tanzania President speaks in support of Palestinian state

Tanzania President Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete spoke before the UN General Assembly on Thursday, expressing support for the Palestinian call for statehood. "Our plea is for the fulfillment of the state of Israel and the state of (…) Palestine living side by side, in peace and harmony," said Kikwete.
"The people in Israel and Palestine have suffered for too long," he said. (Ynetnews)
