Crowds celebrate Abbas' speech in Ramallah

Hundreds celebrated with music and fireworks in Ramallah after Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas concluded his speech at the General Assembly, and announced that he had submitted a request for full membership at the UN.
The crowd shouted slogans such as “A million martyrs marching to Jerusalem,” and “We will liberate Palestine in blood.” (Elior Levy and Yoav Zitun)
