PLO: Abbas to deliberate on Quartet proposal

Hanan Ashrawi, a member of the PLO Executive Committee, said in an interview with Ynet that the Palestinians are to deliberate on whether to accept the Mideast Quartet's proposal, which aims to resume peace talks and reach an accord between Israel and the Palestinians by 2012.
