Peres: Palestinian leadership is the best that we could have

President Shimon Peres said during a Rosh Hashanah event held for diplomats and foreign ambassadors that "the Palestinian leadership is the best that we could have. Despite the disagreements and criticism, we should start talks openly and quietly."
