Barak orders West Bank closure for Rosh Hashanah

Defense Minister Ehud Barak has ordered a closure be imposed on the West Bank starting Tuesday at midnight and throughout Rosh Hashanah weekend.
Exceptions will be made for medical emergencies and humanitarian cases, subject to the Civil Administration's discretion. (Yoav Zitun)
