Labor Court: Railway to freeze privatization
The National Labor Court ruled Wednesday that the Israel Railways' management must freeze privatization measures on the maintenance lines while railway employees will put a stop to organizational steps and will not disrupt railway operations during the negotiations between the sides.
The sides will hold negotiations between October 2 and October 23 at which time they will report their progress to the court. Should just cause for striking arise then the employees will need to first approach the Labor Court. (Ynet)
