Clinton condemns 'unjustified' attack on envoy
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is condemning an attack on the top US envoy to Syria as "wholly unjustified."
Clinton demanded on Thursday that the Syrian government fulfill its international obligations to protect all foreign diplomats and diplomatic properties after an angry mob pelted US Ambassador to Syria Robert Ford and several aides with tomatoes and eggs as they visited a prominent opposition figure.
