High Court rejects Lieberman appeal over leak case
Supreme Court Judges Eliyakim Rubinstein, Esther Hayot and Uzi Fogelman rejected Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's appeal to the High Court against the decision to close the leak case from his investigation.
Yet the three judges also expressed harsh criticism against the Police Investigations' Unit and the State Prosecutor's Office over the leaks. (Aviad Glickman)
