State motions court to thwart doctors' mass resignation

The State Prosecutor's Office has motioned the Jerusalem Labor Court to thwart the medical resident's mass resignation. The prosecution claimed in the request that the collective resignation is an "illegal organizational measure" that should be prevented.

The prosecution also claimed that each doctor must prove that he has made the decision to resign based on personal reasons. (Aviad Glickman)
