The gas pipeline that was damaged in an explosion in Sinai last week is to be fixed within two weeks, the Egyptian newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm reported.
The newspaper quotes an official source as saying that the ruling military council seeks to repair the pipeline as soon as possible in order to show those who perpetrated the explosion that Egypt will continue to honor its commitment, as well as to prevent Israel from complaining to international bodies over the matter. Egypt uses the pipeline to supply Israel with gas. (Ynet)
