Ramban medical residents reject PM's proposal
Some 117 medical residents from Rambam Medical Center in Haifa rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's compromise on Wednesday. This after he had asked them to delay their resignation until after the holidays, so he might be able to examine their proposals.
"Despite the prime minster claiming the situation can be solved, the reality is we have yet to receive any offer," explained one of the medical residents. "We've decided not to go to work tomorrow. We want a written obligation, and when we'll get one then we'll meet again and reconsider." (Neri Brenner)
