IDF: Full closure on West Bank for Yom Kippur

The IDF has announced that in accordance with Defense Minister Ehud Barak's announcement, a full closure will be placed on the West Bank . The closure will come into effect at Midnight.
During the closure, passage will only be allowed for humanitarian or medical reasons and special exceptions, subject to the Civil Administration's approval. (Ynet)
