The Head of the Health Ministry's medical administration Dr. Hezi Levi gave an outline of the ministry's preparedness in light of the resignation of 378 medical residents from hospitals throughout the country. According to Levi, "Many wards are finding it hard to operate in a routine fashion and some of the non-urgent surgeries have been cancelled
