Palestinian arrested for posing as Israeli for hospital treatment
A 20-year-old Palestinian man was arrested on suspicion of deceiving the medical personnel at Kfar Saba's Meir Hospital into treating him, while staying in Israel illegally. The Tulkarem resident allegedly used an Israeli citizen's ID, which didn't belong to him, in order to be treated for a disease.
The suspect is charged with illegal entry, fraud and impersonation with intent to commit fraud. He admitted to the charges during questioning. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
