Court: No developments in mosque torching case
The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court remanded the 18-year-old settler from Samaria suspected of torching the mosque in Tuba Zangaria for five days. Yet the judge stressed that should no real developments occur in the case, no additional remand will be approved.
The judge said that there are no developments in the case and no forming indictment. The suspect's attorney added that his client was denying the charges and was using his right to remain silent. (Ra'anan Ben-Zur)
