Report: Gilad Shalit to be released in exchange for 1,000 prisoners
AFP reported on Tuesday that Israel would see Shalit exchanged for some 1,000 Palestinian militants.
Hamas' Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades Abu Ubeida said: "We are in the process of completing the technical arrangements to complete the deal within days." (Ynet)
