Shin Bet: Israel didn't commit to avoid targeting released prisoners
Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen said that Israel will release a total of 1,000 prisoners in two stages, in return for the release of kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit.
According to Cohen, "Israel has not made a commitment to avoid targeting the released prisoners." (Omri Efraim)
