Dankner sells controlling interest of Shufersal due to social protest

Businessman Nochi Dankner is selling his controlling interest in the Shufersal company in light of the social protest. Dankner will sell his shares to the Bronfman Fisher Group and Leo Noe.

If the deal is finalized, Bronfman may be forced to sell his shares in Discount Bank as part of the implementation of the concentration committee. (Gil Kalian, Calcalist)
