Hamas' military wing Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades spokesperson Abu Obeida said that the prisoners exchange deal between Israel and Hamas was signed in two separate documents – one between Egypt and Hamas, and another one between Egypt and Israel.
According to Abu Obeida, during the indirect negotiations, Shin Bet Chief Yoram Cohen asked twice to meet with the head of the Qassam Brigades' negotiations team Ahmad Jabari, but was denied. (Elior Levy)
