Fatah official: PLO should conduct 2nd phase of Shalit deal

Fatah Central Committee member Jibril Rajoub expressed his hopes that the PLO would be the body that would conduct the second phase of the Shalit deal, in which 550 Palestinian prisoners are set to be released in two months.
Rajoub said that the PLO should be the one to coordinate the second phase with the Egyptian intermediary, and not Hamas. (Elior Levi)
