Prosecution: Har-Melech lawsuit could cause public damage

The State Prosecutor's Office has responded Sunday to the Har-Melech family suit against the five terrorists who murdered their family members and are set to be released in the Shalit deal. The prosecution said that the public damage that might be caused by their request would be "ten times worse" than the damage caused to the plaintiffs. (Aviad Glickman)
