Report: Grapel release in exchange for 85 Egyptian prisoners

Egyptian media reported Sunday that Egyptian intelligence officials achieved progress ahead of a prisoner exchange deal during which Israeli-American citizen Ilan Grapel will be released in exchange for 85 Egyptian prisoners incarcerated in Israel.
According to the report, the success of the Shalit deal gave the Grapel release negotiations the extra push they needed. (Elior Levy)
