Court rejects motion for hold-departure order for prisoners

The Jerusalem District Magistrate's Court rejected a motion for a hold-departure order for five terrorists included in the Shalit deal which was made by bereaved families.
Judge Dorit Feinstein ruled that the government's decision can only be discussed by the High Court of Justice and that there are no conditions warranting an order according to civil law. (Aviad Glickman)
