Yossi Mendelevitch, whose son Yuval was murdered in a terror attack in 2003, told the High Court judges: "I see the court as the last resort to defend my loved ones who are alive against those murder emissaries.
"I am probably the only one who was at a scene of a terror attack. When I arrived there I asked myself who was defending Yuval or Assaf or Tal. Today I can say with full responsibility, no one is defending them. The Shin Bet knew about the cell, and yet my son is not alive." (Aviad Glickman)
