The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court has denied an urgent request to issue a hold-departure order against three terrorists slated to be released as part of the Shalit deal.
The petition was filed by Rivka and Itamar Mendel of Moshav Carmel, who sued the three for NIS 1.5 million ($410,000) for the murder of their daughter Kinneret in a terror attack in Gush Etzion in 2005. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
