Noam Shalit, the father of abducted IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, said that "we are aware that it's a tough swap," referring to the prisoner swap for his son.
Addressing the charges of bereaved families, he said: "We would be happy if Gilad was released in a more convenient deal…I regret that the bereaved families weren't by our side when we attempted to press the Israeli government." (Aviad Glickman)
