Assange calls Wikileak defection reports false

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is calling reports of defections from his organization "absolute nonsense" and says the Occupy Wall Street movement is partially inspired by his group.
Assange told a meeting of the Inter American Press Association in Peru Monday via Internet video hookup that WikiLeaks' biggest problem is the embargo imposed by credit card companies and digital payment service PayPal on processing contributions to his group. Assange said WikiLeaks' sole defection was a German spokesperson. It was a clear reference to Daniel Domscheit-Berg, who says he was forced out for challenging Assange's authority. (AP)
