Itamar Ben-Gvir released from police custody after Shalit protest

The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court released right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir who was arrested earlier on Tuesday for suspected participation in an illegal gathering at a protest against the execution of the Shalit deal. The court criticized the Kfar Saba police department for bringing Ben-Gvir before a judge even though they intended to release him. (Ra'anan Ben-Zur)
