Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said he wouldn't withdraw the PA's bid for UN membership even if negotiations with Israel resume, the Egyptian media reported.
Abbas, who is visiting Cairo, added that the peace talks could be renewed if Israel enforces a settlement construction freeze. (AFP)
