Israeli Arab arrested in Egypt for weapons smuggling

Egyptian border guard officers arrested Israeli Arab Muad Nourdin last week over suspicions that he attempted to smuggle weapons from Egypt through the Taba Crossing.
Nourdin was allegedly caught with an automatic weapon, two guns and 59 bullets in his possession. During questioning he claimed that he was asked to transfer the package to a friend who works with him in a tourism business in Sinai. (Elior Levi and Ahuma Mamos)
