Jordan's royal palace says that the country's King Abdullah II has sworn in a new 30-member Cabinet entrusted with pressing ahead with political reforms.
A palace statement says the ministers were sworn in Monday in a brief ceremony. The Cabinet is headed by Prime Minister Awn al-Khasawneh, 61. The former deputy chief of the Hague-based International Criminal Court was appointed by the king last week. (AP)
