Russia supplies electronic jamming devices to Iran
Russia has supplied Iran with electronic jamming equipment as part of the military-technical cooperation between the two countries, a Russian official told a local news agency.
Deputy Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Konstantin Birulin, said that this material did not fall within the list of weapons banned by a UN resolution punishing Tehran for its disputed nuclear program. (AFP)
