State to High Court: Grapel swap a political decision

The prosecution submitted to the High Court of Justice the State's response to the petitions against the release of Israeli-American citizen Ilan Grapel in return for 25 Egyptian prisoners.
In its response, the State noted that the petitions should be rejected based on the political nature of the decision, which is under the responsibility of the executive authority, and therefore is not under the jurisdiction of the court. (Aviad Glickman)
