Report: Israel, Egypt to discuss release of Ouda Tarabin

Israel and Egypt will open negotiations over the release of Israeli Bedouin Ouda Tarabin who has been incarcerated in Egypt in exchange for Egyptian prisoners. According to reports on Egyptian websites, the talks will commence after Amrican-Israeli Ilan Grapel is released. (Roee Nahmias)
