Ilan Grapel's mother, Irene Grapel, said that she is "excited" about her son's return from Egypt. Ilan Grapel, an Israeli-American national, has been released in a prisoner swap agreement after being arrested in Egypt four months ago. In return, Israel has released 25 Egyptian inmates.
Grapel has been flown out of Cairo International Airport and is on his way to Israel. After meeting his mother at Ben Gurion Airport, he is set to travel to Jerusalem to meet Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. (Ronen Medzini)
